ASSISTANT MANAGER, INNOVATION & INCUBATION
Melissa joined SVhk in March 2013 and is currently an Assistant Manager of the Innovation & Incubation team. She also oversees Sonova Institute and its flagship programmes to cultivate a culture of social innovation in Hong Kong. Her responsibilities include project coordination, event planning and organisation as well as liaising with external partners.
From her personal experience, Melissa firmly believes that ones’ value in life can be shaped for the better. This belief is especially true among teenagers who are in the prime of their personal development and in search of their life values. She hopes to set up an orphanage which offers all-rounded development to orphans in need.
During her leisure time, Melissa enjoys cycling, photography (film and digital) and hiking. She also enjoys talking to others, especially seniors who can offer rich life encounters, to understand more about the world around her and to develop herself as an all-rounded person.
Melissa studied Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong.
