Jack Yeung is the Chief Executive Officer of OIC Capital Limited and OIC Concept Limited, Chairman of Dialogue in the Dark Hong Kong Limited. Prior to these, he has worked in RPC Ace, one of the leading molds and rigid plastics manufacturers in China with 6 manufacturing sites and 3,300 employees, focusing on the packaging, consumer electronics and automotive industries, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the 18 years.

Jack is dedicated to support the start-up and technology development of Hong Kong as well as to make an impact to the society. Appointed by the Hong Kong SAR Government, he is the Chairman of Innovation and Technology Venture Fund Advisory Committee (ITVF), Member of Innovation and Technology Fund Research Projects Assessment Panel, Member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s Innovation and Technology Advisory Committee, Member of Cyberport Advisory Panel, Honorary President of Hong Kong Startup Council, Chairman’s Committee Member of Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI). He is an angel investor, Venture Partner of OurCrowd Israel, Honorary Advisor of Christian Action Hong Kong, Director of Art-at all and Development Partner of Acumen Europe.

Jack has previously served as the Deputy Chairman of Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), Chairman of Hong Kong Mould & Die Council, Council Member and Chairman of Staffing Committee of the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC).

Dr. Yeung obtained BSc in Environmental Engineering graduated from University of Windsor, Canada and Honorary Doctor of Business Administration from the Northern University in Alhambra, USA in 2013. He was awarded the 2010 Young Industrialist Awards from FHKI, the World’s Outstanding Chinese Award in 2013 and the FITMI New Generation Achievement Award in 2014. He has been a member of the Pearl River Delta Chapter of Young President Organization (YPO) since 2007 and served as Chairman in 2010.
