Gracia joined SVhk as an intern in 2014, and rejoined in 2018 as a program officer in the C2C program. Prior to SVhk, she worked for humanitarian services coordinating medical treatments for disabled or sick orphans from children’s homes in Qinghai Province, China.

She is passionate about doing community work and has a strong mission to serve the needy. She highly appreciates human diversity and would like to restore human dignity by empowering every individual to unleash their potential and strengthen social bonds. To further fulfill her mission, she joined C2C to provide holistic support for children and families-in-need in Sham Shui Po. She would like to create social change and encourage a culture of caring in our society.

Gracia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Chinese University, and a Master of Social Work from HK Polytechnic University. She participated in exchange programs at BNU, China and UCB, USA in order to immerse herself in different cultures and lifestyles. She loves sports, music, and traveling to meet people around the world.
